I have been in private practice in Orange County for nearly two decades. I was born in Pennsylvania but moved to Southern California when I was three (practically a native). I grew up in the Inland Empire and went to Redlands High School. Immediately following high school I started my dental training at UC Berkeley where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. I wrapped up at the University of Southern California (USC) and earned a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. While at USC I had the opportunity to treat a variety of complex cases including full mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic cases, and extensive dental implant cases, as well as treating special needs patients. I have treated thousands of patients since starting in private practice in 2006. One of the procedures that I am most proud of is our ability to make a custom, precision-fit porcelain crown in about 2 hours. Long gone are the days of temporary crowns, gag-inducing impression (mold) materials, or second visits for your crown! I currently reside in South Orange County with my family. My wife Mary and I were married in 2008 and have 2 children. Hannah is 12 years old and Luke is 8 years old. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family traveling, trying new restaurants in the area, and also visiting our local theme parks, which is something the children love! I have known Dr. Abas for over 17 years, and I am excited to be able to work at his practice here in Laguna Hills. I earned my hygiene degree from Cerritos College in 2002 after finishing my BA from Cal State Long Beach. I spend my free time with my golden retriever, who keeps me laughing. I have been in the dental field since January 2010. I am very excited to be a part of such a caring dental office. When I am away from our office I enjoy cooking, baking, spending time with my family, and taking my dog Harley on new adventures.
