" I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I have a fear of the dentist and they have always been very patient and graceful about it. They take things at my pace and explain everything before they do it. My boys always look forward to going. My husband is a firefighter, so I'm often bringing the boys in by myself. They have very welcoming customer service skills and are personable. Dr. Lori always smiles as she talks to you (even through a mask), looks you directly in the eyes and explains things thoroughly. I've always enjoyed talking to her and love that she will share stories about her own family. She doesn't have the "I'm a doctor and don't have time for you" kind of attitude, which is incredibly refreshing. In a COVID world, I felt very safe with their protocols. They are on top of screening, taking precautions and cleaning. They are truly the best practice I've gone to.
