Dr. Edward Thomas Wiggins II received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2OO2 from the University of California, San Francisco. He began his career in the Bay Area, practicing in Union Square in San Francisco for six years. Hygienist I have been in the dental industry for over 16 years and love being a hygienist. I have been married for 10 years and we have two kids growing up in the Elk Grove area.
