Dr. Victor Tran is a General and Cosmetic Dentist who serves Sorrento Valley and the surrounding San Diego area. Though Dr. Tran is a northern California native, who grew up in San Jose, he later spent some time in the San Diego area and quickly realized that it is truly “America’s Finest City.” He is happy to call San Diego home and treasures the opportunity to provide excellent dental care to its residents. Dr. Tran is also a double major graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, holding both a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Integrative Biology, and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Genetics and Plant Biology. Dr. Tran is an advocate for early prevention and diagnosis, and is passionate about educating his patients on proper oral care. Dr. Tran is an active member of several dental associations, including the San Diego County Dental Society, the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is undergoing formal continuing education from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and Spear Education, a unique source of innovative learning that offers dentists the latest in research and dental care. When not taking care of his patients, Dr. Tran enjoys being active, traveling the world, and discovering new food with his fiancé, whom he met in beautiful San Diego.
