" Where do I begin?The office of Lindsay Bancroft told me I was in-network so I did a standard exam. Two weeks later I received a bill in the mail because apparently it was not in-network. Would have never sat down in the chair had I been given an honest answer from the head of sales at the office.Additionally, they would not fill a cavity unless I got a deep cleaning which was 4 procedures and was over $2K out of pocket. Not to mention the cost of the cavities. I could have bought a used car for ...Read Moreless than what they were pitching me.The head of sales tried to convince me two times during the exam that I needed to get the work done there and to commit on the spot. However she couldn’t answer routine questions related to the procedure. It was pushy and uncomfortable.I will not be going back to this place, ever. There are several other qualified dentists in the area that are less scammy than this and are more affordable than this.
