Dear Ms. Conrad, I am so sorry you feel our service to your and your family was inadequate. As the new office manager, I can only go by the notes that were already in the computer system by the staff that was here when your services were completed. Also, I explained to you that our new doctor did not purchase Dr. Heer's patient base, but only the building and equipment. Because of this, our new doctor is not responsible to fix Dr. Heer's possibly failing work. I did urge you to follow the proper channels in having your issues with Dr. Heer's services and staff resolved and I hope that you will be able to find resolution. Sky Mountain Dental
