" My dental cleaning was fine. After the cleaning I was presented with an invoice for $16.80 for my part of the dental work. I was also given a Balance Due Statement in the amount of $372.10. " When I arrived at the office,I was greeted by Lauren one of the Hygienist ,with a big sincere smile .a problem occur because my Insurance was longer accepted at the office, but Lauren went back met with Dr . Heineken came back out explain to me what and how it will be taken care of I agreed because I was not even schedule for today...Debbie (?)
