Dr. Nicolas C. deFabrique Dr. Nicolas deFabrique was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He attended the University of Miami, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. deFabrique earned his DMD and several dental research awards from Boston University School of Dentistry in 1999. Doctor David Brian Burke was born in Chicago, IL and originally went to school to become an auto mechanic. Doctor Thompson was born in Charleston, South Carolina, but moved to Satellite Beach, Florida at age 8. He entered the US Naval Academy for his undergraduate education and subsequently entered the University of Florida for dental school training. Dr. Royal graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 1989. He has been in private and group practices since 1989. He has been married for 21 years to Shannon and has 3 children, Deven age 20, Brennan age 18, and Ashton age 12. He has coached youth athletics (basketball, softball, baseball, flag football, soccer) for over 30 years. He breeds, raises and trains performance horses. He is a member of NRCHA, NRHA, RSNC, AQHA and APHA.
