" I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:30 am. I realized that I would not make the appointment on time and called the office to see if I could get a later appointment for the same day. At the time Paulette told me that the 11:30 am slot that was originally open was now closed so I had to try my best to make the original scheduled appointment time.
