Dr. Prem Patel was born and raised in Addison, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with High Honors. Dr. Prem attended the University of Pennsylvania and obtained his Dental Medicine Doctorate degree.
