" They seem to do quality work. Unfortunately, deceptive billing practices kept us from returning.

10/29/20 Dear Reviewer, We are unable to solve a problem when we are unaware a problem exists. It is definitely preferred to contact us regarding any billing issue you may have vs. going directly to Google. Our office certainly does not practice deceptive billing practices so I can only assume there must have been some sort of misunderstanding. A call to our office would be recommended to clear up the issue. Thank you!!

" After completing all my documents online, my time in the waiting room was nearly nonexistent. The hygienist took me back and began her work, I was visited by the dentist shortly thereafter. Everything was explained well, including what my dental insurance covers. There was no attempt at an up sell or pressure to have extra procedures done. I’m new to the area and was fortunate to find a great practice on my first visit!
