Free Teeth Whitening for Life is a loyalty and rewards program that is a courtesy and a privilege, compliments of Ironhorse Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. This program is extended to patients who prove themselves as individuals that have taken their oral hygiene and general dental health seriously. We believe it is extremely important to maintain recommended hygiene care appointments and receive necessary dental treatment to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. Consequently, we developed this program to reward patients who do so. IronHorse Family and Cosmetic Dentistry’s Free Teeth Whitening for Life* program helps you maintain a beautiful, healthy smile through regular dental care! Once you enroll in the program, you will receive a set of custom, professional whitening trays, 2 tubes of whitening gel (20%), and bleaching instructions. Additional whitening gel (1 tube per visit, maximum of 2 tubes per year) will be provided with your regular hygiene appointments as long as you maintain a regular cleaning schedule of 2 cleanings per year or a cleaning every 6 months.
