Dr. Stephen Haake was born and raised in the Overland Park area. After graduating from Rockhurst High School in 1993, he went on to receive his B.S. degree in Biology in May, 1997, from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Dr. Ryan Dahlquist has practiced dentistry for several years. He received his DDS from UMKC School of Dentistry. He completed a residency in general practice dentistry at Truman Medical Hospital. Dr. L.E. Altomare was born and raised in Leawood, Kansas and is a graduate of Notre Dame de Sion High School. Dr. Jana Kortje was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where she received her bachelor’s degree in 2005. Maddie is the Patient Care Coordinator. She has been working in the dental field since 2016. Maddie’s favorite part about working with patients is meeting and getting to know new people. Lauren attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Human Resource Management.
