We are a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas, United Health Care, and a Premier Delta Dental provider. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all charges regardless of insurance coverage. We will expect you to pay your estimated portion of the charges at each appointment as your treatment progresses.
