Dr. McKnight, III, a Kansas City native, did his undergraduate work at the University of Kansas, finishing in 1993. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the U.M.K.C. School of Dentistry in 1997 and completed his residency in periodontics in 2000. Dr. Oliver, another Kansas City native, did his undergraduate work at DePauw University. He returned to Kansas City to attend U.M.K.C. School of Dentistry.
