Alluring Smiles

Rina graduated from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Division of Dental Hygiene with her BS degree. Rina has been practicing dental hygiene with Dr. Hayes for over 7 years. Her expertise is in periodontal therapy but she is quite gifted in treating all patients, including children. Being a native Peruvian, Rina is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently. When she is not cleaning your teeth, she can be found playing with her three sons.

Laurel has been in the dental field for over a decade. Laurel first met Dr. Hayes working as her dental assistant at another practice. When Dr. Hayes opened Alluring Smiles, LLC at its new location in the Kentlands, she decided to bring Laurel on board as her office manager. Laurel’s incredible attention to detail and ability to multitask makes her the ideal person for the job. Additionally, Laurel researches each patient’s dental policy and explains these benefits so as to help patients navigate their dental plan’s limitations and understand how they can maximize the benefits they receive. Marilyn graduated high school a year early and started training for a medical assistant certification. She loves to help people and looks forward to greeting everyone who walks in our door. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Marilyn lives at home with her young daughter. In her spare time, Marilyn watches football, works on cars, and loves making crafts, especially with glitter.

Tayde graduated from Washington Adventist University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science, emphasis on biology and physical science. She hopes to one day become a dentist. Her parents are from Mexico while she was raised in North Carolina, so she speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Tayde enjoys outdoor adventures and sports while continuing her education in the dental field.
