Dr. Dechter received a BS degree in Zoology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1978. He received his DDS degree from the University of Maryland Dental school in 1982. He has been practicing at this location for 36 plus years. His love of the people in his practice is evident when his hygienists have to interrupt him from socializing in their treatment rooms. Dr. Moy earned his B.S. degree at the University of Maryland at College Park in 1999. He then completed his D.D.S. degree in 2003 at the University of Maryland Dental School. Kanene K is orginally from Portland, OR. She moved to the Washinton, DC area in 1999 to attend the HOward University College of Dentistry. SHe obtained her B.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2003. Kanene has worked in the dental field for over 15 years, starting out as a dental oral surgery assistant. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Dawn received her A.A. degree from Montgomery College and has over 17 years experience as a Maryland Certified Dental Assistant. (no relation to Crosby) Sydney has been with our practice since she was 3 months old. She is the assistant at the front desk and often time is a therapy dog to help with anxiety. Patients often times will change appointments if they find that Sydney has the day off.

Aleyda’s hometown is in Colombia and she is fluent in Spanish. Aleyda enjoys spending time with family and cooking.
