Dr. Baltazar is a proud Massachusetts native, and grew up in Chicopee, MA. She graduated as Valedictorian from Chicopee High School, then began her educational journey towards becoming a dentist. She received her degree in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology from Assumption College, then moved to Buffalo to begin dental school. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. When she’s not practicing dentistry, she enjoys reading, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
