" We used to ever wait very long . Today both my kids appointments were at 11. The place was packed wall to wall so my kids and I sat outside . Finally 11:45 they called one of my kids back . She tried to make my other child sit out in the waiting room by himself and then told me I could sit out there with him but would have to leave my other child . Of course he came with us and then about 15 mins later (12pm) the tech found him and called him back. The techs aren’t ever very friendly , they seem...Read More overwhelmed and in a hurry . My son has braces and she didn’t even floss his teeth properly . Did a quick on top of the brackets and not by the gum line . I was not impressed with the circus like , factory is seems to be now . I guess we need to find a new office . Definitely no social distancing taking place and they are making way too many appointments and can’t handle them .

" Terrible rules. They charged me 6 dollars for 3 masks. Terrible rules. Mask is free everywhere. Isn’t enough ur charging our insurance carrier? Terrible experience.
