" Scheduled my appointment several months ago. The person from caring family dentistry called me the day before my appointment (2:28pm) to confirm, I also received a couple of texts that afternoon. I was working and do not use my phone at work. Just before 5pm I received a text that my appointment was cancelled since I didn't confirm. I have recommended you guys to several coworkers and family members, I'll be sure to find a new dentist for my family. How inconsiderate.

We are sorry you feel this way Ashley. We have certain procedures in place in order to meet the needs of all of our patients, current and estranged. We provide multiple methods to confirm appointments. If none of the attempts were responded to then we assume the patient isn't coming to their appointment. We do keep record of the attempts made to contact patients regarding their scheduled appointments. If you would like to discuss this further please contact the office directly. Thank you.
