Dr. Susan Trager, DMD graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1985 and completed a dental residency at Mt Sinai Hospital in New York in 1986. She then joined her father and sister, Dr. Millard Braunstein and Dr. Fran Rebhun, in a dental practice in Somerdale, New Jersey which evolved into Somderdale Family Dental Associates. Dr. Trager is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Southern Dental Society. She has participated with the ADA’s Donated Dental Services since its inception which provides dental care for the underprivileged. Drs. Trager and Rebhun are also committed to community education of school children where they deliver their unique programs “A Visit to the Cosmetic Dentist” and “A Trip to the Grocery Store.” They educate hundreds of students each year empowering them to understand the importance of dental health and healthy food choices. Dr. Trager has advanced training in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, occlusion and smile design. She has trained at the The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, Florida and taken Frank Spear Seminars in Creating Esthetic Excellence and Treating the Worn Dentition in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Trager continues to expand her dental knowledge as a member of a Seattle Study Club, the Pinnacle Dental Study Club, which emphasizes the harmony between smile design and function utilizing the latest advances in dentistry. Dr. Fran Rebhun, DMD graduated from Lehigh University in 1978 and from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1982. After a few years of practice in Pittsburgh, while her husband Don was in his residency, she joined her father in practice in Somerdale, NJ in 1985. Dr. Susan Trager, her sister, joined them a year later and Somerdale Family Dental Associates was formed. In early 2013, Dr. Rebhun and Dr. Trager have expanded their practice to Somerdale. They look forward to forming the long rewarding relationships with the patients in Somerdale office that they have in the Somerdale office. Dr. Rebhun is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Southern Dental Society. Dr. Rebhun and Dr. Trager have been committed to community education of school children and have taken their programs of “A Visit to the Cosmetic Dentist” and “A Trip to the Grocery Story” to schools throughout the South Jersey area. They even have a surprise visitor at the end of the programs who makes the programs memorable for the children. Dr. Rebhun has advanced training in implant restoration, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, occlusion and smile design. She studies on a regular basis with the Pinnacle Study Club, a Seattle Study group, which brings renowned clinicians and researchers from throughout the United States to South Jersey for a small group of like-minded clinicians pursuing excellence for their patients. She has also studied at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, FL and in Scottsdale, AZ, at the Frank Spear Campus focusing on Creating Esthetic Excellence and Treating the Worn Dentition.
