Office Amenities We want your visit with us to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible, so we do everything we can to keep you and your children entertained. We have flat screen TVs in the lobby and treatment rooms. We also have coffee, tea and water. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for the whole office so you can get work done (or play) while waiting. Ultimately, we strive to create a fun atmosphere so your child can learn that the dentist office is a good place, with nothing to be scared of. A lifetime of beautiful smiles will show for it! Running Late Neman Family dentistry understands your time is valuable and makes every effort to remain on schedule. If you are stuck in traffic, running late or just can’t seem to get here on time, please call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in order to ensure the next patient receives his/her full appointment time. Cancellations Neman Family dentistry requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Should you fail to cancel, a $25 fee will be charged to the account Financial Options Payment is expected at the time of visit. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, credit card or care credit. Alternative financial arrangements can be made with our office treatment plan coordinator if your treatment involves dental insurance or some form of extensive dental care. We encourage you to inquire about our financing options so we can work with you to create a payment plan that is designed to fit your financial circumstances. We also have an in office savings plan available. “We ask that you realize that we do NOT work for an insurance company. Rather we work 100% for our patients. We feel that insurance can be great benefit for many patients and want you to know we will do everything in our power to ensure you get every benefit allotted in your insurance contract. However, the treatment we recommend and the fee we charge WILL ALWAYS BE BASE ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, NOT YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE.” Read Less
