Dr. Alexandra Wexler (Dr. Alex) received her undergraduate training at Central Washington University. She holds a BA in biology with a minor in chemistry and psychology and received her DMD from Midwestern University School of Dental Medicine. She joined our practice in 2017 and is excited to be a part of the Tryon Family Dentistry team! Dr. Alex was born in Orange County, CA and raised in Seattle, WA. Dr. Alex enjoys working with her amazing and friendly team each day. Dr. Leo A. Haydt IV was born in Mountain Top, PA and moved to Raleigh with his family in 1996. He attended Millbrook High School and then moved on to North Carolina State University, where he graduated with a B.S. in biological sciences. Dr. Leo then moved to Boston, where he graduated from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Also while attending Boston University, he won the prestigious Student Award of Merit from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry for his cosmetic work. Presently, Dr. Leo spends his time practicing at his Raleigh dental office and advancing his knowledge of dentistry through continuing education courses. Misty is originally from Lillington, NC and has been part of our team since 2015. She received her training from Wake Technical Community College and also received the Colgate Star Award given by faculty for clinical skills.
