Dr. Tripp Bartholomew was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He then lived in Sunset Beach, NC working in his family’s BBQ restaurant while in high school. He attended Davidson College where he studied Political Science and Chemistry while working for the campus IT department, leading mountain biking trips, and serving as head sports photographer for The Davidsonian newspaper. In dental school, he was part of the Admissions and Strategic Planning Committees, served on the Honor Court, and travelled to the Philippines on a dental service project. He also met his wife, Abby, during this time and they were married shortly before graduating from dental school. He recently completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia, where he learned how to treat complex restorative cases using the latest technologies and techniques. Tripp is committed to practicing excellent dentistry and always expanding treatment services for his patients. He is a huge UNC fan and loves to cook, travel, and spend time with his wife and greyhound, Leroy. Dr. Diondre L. Venable is a native of Farrell, PA. He attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 2008. Dr. Venable went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN in 2013. He then served with the...Read More 10th Mountain Division in Fort Drum, NY where he deployed to Afghanistan as part of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel in 2015-2016. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his service in Afghanistan. Dr. Venable has also served at Fort Belvoir, VA. He was Honorably Discharged from the US Army in August 2018.
