Weaver Dentistry

A native of Raleigh, Dr. Gregory Weaver graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986 with a major in chemistry. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1990. Following dental school, Dr. Weaver continued his education and became chief resident in the advanced education in general dentistry program at UNC-CH. He joined the practice of Henry Lineberger in 1991. That practice eventually became Weaver Dentistry...Read More, and has continued to serve patients in the greater Raleigh area for more than a century. Dr. Weaver’s passion for education continues: He attends seminars, classes, and conventions on a regular basis to learn the latest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Jayme Wood grew up just east of Raleigh in Middlesex, NC where she graduated from Southern Nash High School. She completed her undergraduate studies in Microbiology and Spanish at North Carolina State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Wood returned home shortly after graduation and has been practicing dentistry in the Raleigh area for the past 10 years. She is thrilled to be joining Dr. Weaver in providing exceptional dental care to our community. She enjoys taking the time to listen and get to know her patients on a personal level. She strives to consistently provide a gentle and pleasant dental experience for everyone. She has completed extensive training in areas of Invisalign, implant dentistry, obstructive sleep apnea, inspired hygiene, 3D dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Wood invests considerable time in continuing education to better serve her patients with the most updated dental techniques. In her spare time, Dr. Wood enjoys spending time with her husband, Elliott, and their two small children, Weston and Mattie. They are avid Wolfpack and Canes fans. Dr. Wood especially loves outdoor activities with her family including hiking, skiing, trips to the beach, running, and gardening. She also loves cooking and singing (which her patients enjoy too). Jacquie enjoys taking a professional and personal interest in her patients. Amber is a North Carolina native, who grew up in Bailey, NC. Amber began her dental career in 2009 while working with the United States Navy in Okinawa, Japan.
