Bush Family Dentistry

Dr. Karen graduated from the UNC School of Dentistry in 1998. She is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and Wilmington Tri-County Dental Society. She was born and raised right here in Wilmington, a rare native of our great city! In her spare time she enjoys playing with her 3 young boys, spending time with family at the beach and on the boat, and painting with watercolor. Dr. Karen is in the office on Wednesdays.

Dr. Brent graduated from UNC School of Dentistry in 1998. He is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and is a past president of the Wilmington Tri-County Dental Society. He was born and raised in California and moved to North Carolina to attend dental school at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Cathi is a South Carolina native who moved to Wilmington 14 years ago. She received her dental hygiene degree from Midlands Technical College in Columbia, S.C. Cathi recently celebrated her 25th year of practicing dental hygiene, the past 12 of those years happily as a team member of Bush Family Dentistry. She is committed to caring for her patients, attending to their dental needs and building relationships with every patient under her care. Rebekah, a native of Wilson County, N.C., obtained a B.S. in Secondary Science Education from ECU in 1995 and her A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Cape Fear Community College in 2003. She is a member of Grace United Methodist Church and sings with the Cape Fear Chorale. A wife and mother of two young girls, she has been blessed to call Bush Family Dentistry home since 2004.

Cheryl grew up in Fayetteville, N.C. She moved to Wilmington to attend UNCW, where she received a BS in Psychology. After UNCW, Cheryl attended Cape Fear Community College's dental assisting program. Cheryl has been employed with Bush Family Dentistry since 2001. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading with her bookclub buddies and spending time with her goddaughter Sophia and her sister, Siara.

Jennifer has been a Certified Dental Assistant since 1989 where she obtained her degree in dental assisting at Coastal Carolina Community College. Jennifer has been a part of the Bush Family Dentistry team since 1999. She loves all aspects of dentistry and strives to make each patient feel welcome in our office! Rennie has been a dental assistant for over 10 years and has been a team member of Bush Family Dentistry since 2007. A favorite part of her job is getting to know our patients. Being quite talkative, she really enjoys helping our patients feel as comfortable and happy as possible. Rennie is married with two very active young boys that keep her busy and smiling all the time.
