Talent Family Dentistry

Dr. Lam graduated from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry. As a National Health Corps Scholar, he originally moved to Southern Oregon to work in public health. He enjoyed the area so much he decided to stay once his commitment was over and opened his own practice. Alicia graduated from the dental assisting program at Rogue Community College and is currently working towards obtaining her expanded functions certification. Her favorite part of dentistry is there is always something new to learn. Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family.

Hailey joined us in January 2020. She graduated with honors from the dental assisting program at RCC. Hailey grew up on the coast of Oregon, and currently lives in Talent. She enjoys playing golf when she is not working.  She is a dog-lover and she hopes to add a puppy to her family very soon. 

Janell grew up in Roseburg, and is currently living in Medford. A graduate from B.Y.U in Utah, she holds a degree in Communications. Janell just returned from living several years in Kenya and volunteering with at-risk youth, living in the slums and on the streets. As a mother of her own six children, she is compassionate and fun loving addition to the office family.
