" My most recent visit was very good. Everyone was friendly and my cleaning was pretty gentle. Doctor very informative. My only complaint would be the hygienist never introduced herself which is customer service 101. I have found that on several occasions. Many are “nice” but not friendly and don’t always introduce themselves . Some have conversations about other things around you. Need to focus on some PR skills. I’m old school so I have high expectations in this area.
