" Made my appointment two weeks in advance for my young child, arrived early and waited about 25 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn't figure out my insurance and that my dental insurance wouldn't cover my son's cleaning. When I gave them my dental insurance information over the phone the lady who made the appointment said there was no issues with the insurance after I gave her all of the information that she needed. I asked them if I could call and verify it for them myself and they said that my child's appointment time had already been all used up! Our dental insurance is one of the best in the state. The last time I looked into it, they even cover $2500 of ortho, but their rude management of my child's appointment just lost them a family of valuable customers.
