" My 72 year mother had a horrible experience with a tooth extraction yesterday. She said the dentist was very rough and then walked out of the room and left her there not saying a word. The nurse walked out as well. No one discussed with her what she had to do to care for the open wound in her mouth. I am really upset that my mother was treated this way. She was bleeding very bad when I got to her house. I helped her and looked up what she needed to do to care for the wound.

we apologize for any communication error from our team. our doctors and dental assistants try to go in details as much details as possible after every procedure. we will continue our efforts to be as thorough as possible for all post op instructions. since then we have already been in contact with patient. she responded positively to the treatment in 24 hours and we are seeing her again for a follow up appt within a week. Meanwhile any other questions or concerns , please contact our office directly and we will be happy to see her on the same day. Thank you for your feedback.
