" I was really nervous about going to a dentist because I haven't been in 20 years. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly staff and the Office Manager, Max Turner. Max greeted me by name and instantly made me feel important which calmed me down. He was awesome during and after the exam and spent all the time I needed to ask all of my questions. " During previous cleanings, I realized that I had a problem area as my General Dentist and Hygienist would concentrate their attention and efforts there. I even had the location treated via laser by a Periodontist at a cost of $1700. Still the problem persisted. I knew that I had to do something about it. At the conclusion of my evaluation, the Dentist's and Office Manager's results were in line with my intentions to extract and replace the implant and crown. I was quoted a price for the entire procedure with itemized break down of costs according to the different phases. The treatment plan for followed as prescribed and the prices did not waiver. More importantly, the entire Office Staff were extremely professional and courteous. The Dentist, Neal Patel welcomed any questions during all phases of treatment and answered them thoroughly to ensure my comprehension. The fitment and quality of my new implant and crown was so desirable that it made me feel like asking to another replaced. Yet, I settled to having it replaced only if I began to experience gum issues due to it. Every time I look in the mirror at the one that Doctor Neal Patel placed, it just looks so much better cosmetically and fits better with my existing natural teeth. I'd recommend this Office Staff to anyone looking for a great experience at a reasonable, or even discounted price!
