As the former Chairman of the Board for the Texas Dental Association (TDA) Smiles Foundation, Dr. Loveless works with a large team of volunteers to serve the community by offering dental care to individuals with no other means of attaining treatment. His active involvement in the TDA’s charitable mission projects has taken him across the state as he donates his time and expertise for many Texas Mission of Mercy events. He is an active member of both the Society for the preservation of Oral Health and the Plano Spear Study Club. He is a member of the Pankey Alumni Association, the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), the International Team for Implantology (ITI), the American Dental Association (ADA), the SPDDS and a Pankey Foundation Advisor. Paula Loveless serves as the office manager for the practice. Paula married Kurt in 1979 and together they have three children, Kolin, Kelsea and Karleigh and recently added daughter in law, Hilary. Most of her time out of the office has been spent traveling with her children to golf tournaments and volleyball tournaments around the country. Allison grew up in Denver City. She completed dental hygiene school in Amarillo. Allison is married to her high school sweetheart, Ben. Much of their free time is spent keeping up with their children, Landry and Lillie. They are active members of Indiana Baptist Church. In her free time, Allison enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family at the lake. She has practiced dental hygiene since 2000 and has been a part of the Loveless team since 2003.

Robin Grew up in Olton, Texas and moved to Lubbock after graduation to attend Texas Tech University. After completing her first year at TTU, Robin decided to begin her career in the medical profession as a receptionist. Robin joined our staff as a dental assistant after her first child Carter was born. Shortly after becoming an assistant, she had her second child, Cayleigh. She has now been working with Dr. Loveless for over five years.

Danielle grew up in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from Frenship High School. She started off her college career by attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but eventually transferred to Texas Tech University back home in Lubbock. She majored in Communication Design and minored in Art History and Italian. She studied abroad for a summer in Florence, Italy. Britni is a Lubbock native and proud home school graduate. Following high school, Britni graduated with Honors from LCU, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies. In 2008, Britni married her amazing husband Austin. They have a precious puppy named Koda, who brings them great joy.
