" I received a call prior to my appointment indicating the hygienist was running ahead and I would be welcome to come early. I appreciated the call, arrived early, and was taken in to begin my cleaning. This enabled me to arrive at work earlier. I got a quality cleaning, a friendly exam from Dr. Karbach, and felt like a valued patient.
