Dr. Luz Maria Rojas obtained a Doctorate in Dental Science from Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia in 1992. Dr. Rojas completed residency in Pediatric Dentistry and received her Master’s degree from the University of Alabama (UAB) in 2003. Dr. Rojas has also received training at the Sparks Center for Developmental and Learning Disorders. " My daughter was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. In fact, she cried when we went to her primary dentist only to pick up a referral note to see this dentist. She also cried in waiting room while I was signing her in. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and cheerful. She quickly stopped crying.
