Dr. Tullis was born in Salt Lake City and raised primarily in Holladay where he attended Olympus High School. Following High School he received a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University. Audrey began working in dentistry in 2004 and has worked as a Patient Coordinator and Dental Assistant. Stephanie began her career in dentistry in 2009, shortly after graduating from Salt Lake Community College. She then graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in communications.
