Dr. Mia Pham Sanchez de Lozada was born in Vietnam. At the age of 9, Dr. Mia escaped from Vietnam with her brother in order to seek a better life for herself and help her family back in Vietnam. With relentless drive and fierce self determination, she graduated in the top 15 of her class with Magna Cum Laude Honors from the School of Dentistry at The Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Mia Pham Sanchez de Lozada strongly believes that going to the dentist should be a pleasant experience. That is why she has made patient comfort one of her top priorities. She has invested in many of the latest dental technologies such as the Waterlase I-plus laser, intra-oral digital camera, digital x-ray sensors and Cerec in-office digital impressioning and crown making machine. She loves to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry and has completed and will continue to complete hundreds of hours in continuing education so that she can provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field.
