Dr. Matt Weber graduated from Marquette Dental School in 1993. He continued his schooling in a one year general practice residency at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, UT and started private practice in 1994. Dr Weber continues his education with over 100 hours of continuing education annually when only 15 are required to maintain a Wisconsin license. Dr. Weber continues to attend focus courses and serves in a supportive role as consulting faculty. Dr. Weber has been married to his wife Joy since 1993 and has two daughters Brittany and Ashley. Brittany was married in 2024 and Ashley attends UAB where she will be starting pre med studies in the fall of 2024. Helen started working at Weber Dental in 2012. She taught for 20+ years at Queen of Apostles School in Pewaukee before joining the family business. Outside of work, she enjoys any outdoor activities, woodworking, and spending time with family.

Sheryl has been an office manager in Dr. Weber's practice since September 2018. Prior to working at Weber Dental, she worked for an ophthalmologist, in a public library, at an in-home day care, and in sales. She was a substitute teacher for 12 years and a stay at home mom. Torrie grew up in Albany, IL and attended Marquette University. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2000. She lives in Menomonee Falls with her family, including 2 kids, Kendall and Charlie. Her current hobbies include driving her kids to sports and other activities. She also enjoys reading and traveling anywhere warm with her family.

Debra V, RDH, is a dedicated, skilled and compassionate dental hygienist. She graduated with the highest GPA of her dental hygiene class from William Rainey, Harper College in Illinois.
