On the phone, Lisa spoke to me at great length about what I could expect in my first appointment and described all the options for someone suffering from TMJ. At my appointment Dr. Defranco listened attentively as I described my issues and he followed up with insightful questions. We agreed on a plan of treatment and Christine began all the technical testing and mold preparations. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was one of my best experiences at a dentist office.

The staff were professional and nice. They all greeted me upon arrival. I had to use the restroom which was very clean. The staff handled my procedures quickly and efficiently. Lisa assured me she would track my implants so I could get them seated as soon as possible . I have been a patient for 20 years and I have moved all over Birmingham, but I will continue to see Dr DeFranco for as long as he is in business. Love this practice; I’ve been going here for over fifteen years! The hygienists (especially Gene!) are wonderful and efficient, they care a ton about you as a person and remember your family, your kids, and the things you chat about on the next visit! Dr. DeFranco has taken great care of our family for a long time!

I had a very positive experience. My 5yo, 2yo, and I had our appointments together and it went so much better than I anticipated it might. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and handled our paperwork/insurance with no issues. The dental hygienist was kind to my children and answered all of their (sometimes silly) questions. Office staff, Dr. DeFranco, and my hygienist, Jean were all very nice, friendly, competent. Jean was so nice and really worked hard to get my teeth really clean. All of you were great.
