Dr. Nelson is fantastic! He is so caring, so interested in me. My last dentist told me I had periodontal disease and I needed my teeth cleaned every three months which didn't make sense to me. I'd had it in the past but now I had no pain or bleeding. Dr. Nelson told me my teeth were doing great, I was taking good care of them, he relieved my stress. I also am so thrilled that his office is fragrance free since I have MCS and fragrance can make me very ill. The chemicals in scents cause asthma, allergies, headaches, nausea and other serious symptoms in other patients. Please be kind." For over 20 yrs. my TRUST in Dr. Nelson as well as his staff has been a 10+. They have always been available even during some very difficult times. I love and respect them to the highest. The service offered by Bruce Nelson and his staff exceeds all services I've received at other dental offices in the area which includes many facilities. In fact, I had given up on receiving good dental care here in Phoenix. My husband located this little gem of an office several years ago. We even left at one point trying out a dentist down the street. Don't sacrifice good care for the convenience of travel.
