I had to pay upfront and then they’re going to courtesy bill my insurance for any reimbursements. can’t speak on the cost because I didn’t call around for prices. We could have went to an in network dentist to avoid that , but we like it here and so that’s how the cookie crumbles. My son was going to a different dentist. Whom he did not care for.
