I always fell so well taken care of at this dental office. The entire staff is extremely competent and friendly and dedicated to making their patients feel comfortable and safe. They take the time to explain procedures in easily understandable language, and follow up is far more than a courtesy call. I would recommend Dr. Tom and his staff to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I am always amazed at how responsive and pleasant it is dealing with Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. From the start, Bianca was so helpful and empathetic when I called about a broken tooth. She worked with Nancy to find an appointment the next day with Dr Shepherd. But what impressed me the most was Dr Shepherd assistant Diego, he made me feel so comfortable while he took X-rays and photographed the broken tooth and walked me through what had done and why. Fantastic! He provided not ...read moreonly comfort but an education on the technology they utilize. Once Dr Shepherd came in we discussed the options and put a plan together to crown my tooth. Once that was done, the person that deals with the insurance walked me through everything and what my responsibility would be. Wow. Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is absolutely amazing! I have a dentist-phobia that started at the age of 5, and this place is like no other. In the past, I have had issues where the dentist has had to give 2 or 3 sets of injections to sufficiently numb molars in preparation for a new crown, but that has not been an issue here. Dental hygienists like Steve are gentle and effective! The front office staff are superb and so pleasant, and my appointments have always been very prompt, respecting my time.
