This dental practice has always had a very good reputation. My husband was in so much pain. They took us the same day as his dentist resigned. He felt very comfortable and the staff are wonderful. Rauch Dental Associates continue the unique Rauch legacy of doing outstanding dental care (in all areas) and maintaining a warm, friendly interaction with their patients. The entire office group makes you feel like a part of the wonderful family that the Rauch family is for them and for all of the people they professionally and with complete dedication love to attend.
Cant say enough about Rauch Dental! They are wonderful all the way around. I have an extreme case of dental problems combined with an extreme fear of dental work. Dr Jacobs, Dr Rauch and Diane have all gone out of their way to listen to and accommodate my problems and fears. They were understanding and patient with me while doing great work. The staff is understanding, helpful and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone whether in need of routine or "emergency" work!
When you call some places to make appointments, or ask about their availability, you can tell the person answering the phone works there for a paycheck. With Rauch I immediately sensed they like their job and are smiling when speaking with their customers. This makes me a happier and more satisfied customer. I am glad I chose this office as my dental facility. Thanks!
