Dr. Alexander's dental practice is one of the best kept secrets in Jacksonville! Not only do they care about all of their patients, Dr. Alexander himself is a very talented and knowledgeable dentist. I've been going there for many years and he keeps my mouth in great condition and pain free. I was very pleased by Crystal who cleaned my teeth! She had a sweet, helpful, and professional demeanor! She did a thorough cleaning of my teeth without any discomfort. Dr Alexander always does a great job and I highly recommend his practice!

I had not been to the dentist for over 12 years. I don't know why I stopped going, but as time went on, I became more and more worried about going. I finally decided I had to put my fears aside, and get my teeth checked. I spent hours researching for the best dentist to go to. The exam was virtually pain free and they were also able to do the extensive cleaning i needed the same day. In addition to numbing spray, they gave me Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) - - it actually, believe it or not, made the whole experience enjoyable. I never thought I would say this about a dental visit - - but I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning, and I am going to also have my teeth whitened. My hygienist Crystal (sp?) was the most informed I've ever had. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and educating me on care. All office staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Alexander explained what I should watch for and options to correct an issue if I choose in the future. Loved meeting Luke!

Very professional appearances all around, building, staff and Dr. Alexander. I appreciated his technical knowledge filtered down to layman's terms I could grasp. First impression? A man who knows his profession. Needless to say this is not my first rodeo when it comes to dental work but I left feeling I have finally found the right fit for my dental needs.
