Very nice and polite people that strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible. You can really tell they are professional and listen to your concerns and questions. The Clinic was very clean and beautiful inside as well.

I had a situation that occurred on a Friday morning, I tried getting into the local dentistry program and was told I had to wait until Monday. Monday morning I called the local progam and was told I was not able to be seen until the following day. I called the following day, I was informed my situation was not an emergency and could not be seen. I called a friend of mine who has been a patient at True North Dentistry. An appointment was scheduled, I traveled 85 miles for my appointment, after ar...read moreriving, I completed the necessary paperwork and was seen immediately thereafter. After consultation with Dr. Yang, I decided what I wanted done. He immediately began the treatment which took approximately 2 hours, after seeing the crown, I was shocked. I was very satisfied with the work and services performed, I am scheduling myself for additional dental work; I will recommend True North Dentistry to friends and family, it is well worth it. My teeth cleaning was good back on schedule routine. My dentist always makes it pain free. The 2 receptionist are great.

Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. The dental assistant was so nice to address my anxiety about my first extraction and reassured me through the length of the procedure. Wonderfully informative. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional, all charges were explained ahead of time. Dentist addressed all my concerns and was amazingly quick removing my tooth.

Everyone at the facility is so friendly and made me feel completely welcome. I thought the level of service and professionalism with paperwork, x-rays and teeth cleaning was top notch. The facility is beautiful and the equipment looks to be state of the art.

I had an awesome experience at True North Dentistry. I was on vacation and needed an emergency root canal. I called them and they saw me immediately. The experience was simply amazing and the staff was highly professional. I wish I lived in Arizona to continue with this exceptional office. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this office.

Services is always on time. Staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Yang explains all procedures, treatment plans and billing in detail. Highly Recommend True North Dentistry - Flagstaff AZ.
