Well organized, well run practice. Dr. Russell is a top notch Dentist. The office can do almost anything needed "in house" . I look forward to seeing Kim my hygienist regularly. Her and Dr. Russell give me every confidence in their work. They have gone out of their way to see that I am informed. The Best. Highly recommend Dr. Russell and his office. Thanks to them all.

As much as I resisted, anguished over and dreaded the dental visits most of my life, I am now appreciative of the care Dr. Russell and his office have given me at 80 yrs and am looking forward to the scheduled visits to continue and improve my dental health until 90 years old!Leroy

I am seriously so impressed with 1st Impressions Dentistry. After a few bad experiences with other dentists I was welcomed and greeted with kindness at 1st Impression. They are beyond helpful and kind. I can’t thank everyone in the office enough.

Great staff. Everyone works together to accomplish your goals. For me it was imperative that all my dental work be finished as quickly as possible in order to be ready for oorthapedic surgery. They got me in, sometimes even though I was late! I will forever be thankful that they went over and above to get everything done as quickly as possible. I should add that it had been a few years since I had had any dental work. Dr Russell gets to know his patients individually. He has a great "bedside manner" and always lets you know what he's doing and how much longer it might be. Getting shots is always one of my least favorite things but Dr Russell is the best at it! My severely dental-phobic daughter will only go to him, because he is gentle and truly cares. I also love my hygienist, Shelly.

How often do you hear someone say that they had a very pleasant experience at the dentist's office? Well, I can honestly say that I did! One of my crowns that was a bit over two years old recently cracked and the side fell off. I called Dr. Russell's office and they were able to get me in very quickly.
