It’s funny how the reviews are so good, I went here for an emergency as my crown fell off, I need an implant and since then no one had contacted me, every time I call I’m put on hold for long periods no one ever knows anything about my case and always get that someone will call me and no one ever do. Time to move one this place staff suck. Never again will go by others reviews
The hygienist had a habit of pushing my face in order to get my in position. Not polite at all
Been going there for many years. Last visit wasn't good. Receptionist was friendly but person who took Xrays and the person who cleaned my teeth weren't professional. I may find another dental practice.
Today I came into the office was told I had to pay a copay when my insurance covers it and along with that hippa is a private patient act for all patents to ensure the safety and privacy of the individual and I wasn’t given that opportunity the dentist the doctor her self was stating and saying all my public information in front of others the entire facility patients outside in waiting room she also told me and my daughter that she will not and could not give us a school note when we did have a ...read more
Las nuevas políticas de pago NO son asequibles para el paciente. Me llamaron para adelantar mi cita (cosa que agradeceré siempre) pero no me informaron de los nuevos cambios antes de llegar a la oficina. Ese mismo día se me informó que debía hacer un pago anual adicional pero al no tener un plan médico se me hizo difícil aceptar las nuevas condiciones. Front desk was very very rude. I didn't appreciate Casper (idk if she gave me her real name) telling me that the next time we need something, i have to tell her way ahead of time so she doesn't stop everything that she's doing in a very unbecoming tone. While i understand where she's coming from, she needed to make sure i didn't give her enough time. Been coming here with my kids for many years. I love this place unfortunately had an appointment at a certain time and then I receive a text a hour before my appointment, my appointment was bumped up an hour ahead this is really unprofessional never had this happen before
This dentist is great! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me everything, answered all my questions and I left feeling great and well-informed. The staff are all very respectful and polite and I felt very comfortable there. Definitely will be going back
