I called in on a Monday morning for an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in 3 hours after that for an exam! I'd never been a patient there before but they made me feel welcome and cared for. I was able to get in for my first appointment for my root canal 3 days later! They were very gentle, made sure I was numb, and constantly reassured me that I was doing great. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome. The administrative staff is amazing. Meredith is the dental hygienist I see and she is truly awesome! Explains everything in full detail. She really cares about her patients. Dr. Morris is the absolute BEST dentist I've ever had. His care and kindness is like no other I've ever experienced. I'm so thankful I started going there. Once again the Dr John Morris team gave me great service. Needed a crown and it was all done that day within 3 hours. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and great service.
