The UP is very lucky to have Marquette Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Erika! We drive several hours to appointments there because they are just the best. Dr. Erika is so competent, knowledgeable and great with kids. Every person we have interacted with there has been SO kind and helpful. The icing on the cake is how fun and cozy the waiting room is. Our kids actually look forward to going to the dentist now!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We arrived early for our appointment and they were running a little behind. Not a problem, they have a terrific play area for kids to enjoy during their wait.The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Dr Erika does a great job of making the little ones feel comfortable.During check out, they offered me a gift card to Meijer as an apology for the wait. I’m so happy we take our daughter here, professional level customer experience

This is my first child and this was his very first dentist visit, so of course I was very unsure of what was about to happen. We walked in and were greeted by very friendly staff and my son had the best time with the trucks while we waited for our turn. We had a great experience with the assistants who were going over history and even interacted with my son while he was living his best life playing with the tractors (his favorite). He did surprisingly well and fussed a little but overall was not aa horrible as I expected at 18 months. I'm looking forward to our next visit in December. read less

It's like another whole world once you walk through the doors. I was completely taken by surprise by the kindness and compassion shown to my daughter. From the front receptionists all the way to the dentist herself, everybody we met was so kind and caring. They took the time to have a real conversation with my kid, treated her like one of their own kids. We never felt rushed whatsoever and they did everything they could possibly do to make my daughter feel comfortable, they explained every thing...read more to her and made sure she was comfortable. The waiting room, the special themed xray room/butterfly room, everything is so thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, and it inspires them to want to go to the dentist instead of being afraid. My only regret is that we didn't find this place soon enough. The first thing I noticed was the adorable sign as soon as you walk in, had all the kids' names written on it, welcoming them to the dentist office. It was just so thoughtful and welcoming. There was even fresh hot coffee for the parents in the waiting room. I just can't say enough good things about our experience here. A place like this does not exist anywhere. read less

So thankful we found them! Great place to turn past dentist trama into a positive experience and now my 5 yo wants to go to the dentist!! the whole team of staff makes it a wonderful experience and is filled with positive reinforcement and amazing energy in a fascinating environment!

Dr. Erika is amazing with my little boy (21 months), she knows exactly how to work with little ones who aren't exactly excited to get their teeth cleans/examined. Dr. Erika and her team are great at making the experience comfortable and accommodating. Dr. Erika is very knowledgeable and is able to answer every question and educate us on what to expect as my child develops!

Their office is beautiful and makes the kids feel welcome. The staff was the nicest, it was so kid orientated and it made my daughter feel less scared. She could have stayed there all day.
