I called on Wednesday and was in on Thursday. I had broken a tooth and it was turning grey. I knew I needed to see someone as soon as I could. I went to the Staples Family Dentistry website and followed the directions for the carecard application and then called for an appointment. The appointment was for the next day! When I went in, Dr. Gagnon and his tech prioritized the work I needed to have done and gave me options about the order and when it would take place. The people in the offi...read morece and treatment room were kind, welcoming, and professional. After living in the cities for most of my life, I never expected that I would go in and treatment would begin that same day. In addition to the professionalism and immediate help, Staples Family Dentristry has payment plans and a discount for "same day" or "previous day to appointment" payments. I was impressed with the staff. I was impressed with Dr. Gagnon. I HATE going to the dentist, but I found a place where I am comfortable with both the experience and the people. Root canal today. Dr. Gagnon has been an expert with all my dental neads and that's not always easy with my sensitivities. His patience alone is impressive. My biggest problem in the past was a novacane reaction, he uses some different medication that works safer for me. It works so well I don't have to use gas so no headache after. My smallest problem in the past was it would feel like I'm getting my lip ripped off, so Dr. Gagnon uses a shield that pulls the whole cheek not just the corner of m...read morey mouth. Today I had a cleaning with the dental hygienist. She was gentle, thorough, and extremely pleasant. I recommend her to anyone seeking a complete, gentle experience.

Staff has always been friendly and professional. The office is clean and there isnt a long wait time. Very pleased with this dentist visit!

to every one that was so accomidating and helpfull was very pleasewd from time walked in had a tooth broken off they got me in right away gave me different options to pick and let me decide what i thought was the best for me at this time set up payment options was just a great expience will continue to come back for a my dental needs thanks to everyone for the help and seeing me with out an appointment heartfull thanks to all cheryl martin
