We were very impressed with your office. Van felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, office very clean and very inviting. The prices were good. Dentist took the time to make sure we understood everything they needed to do. He talked to Van (12 yrs old) so he could understand what he needs to do.
The most pleasant dentist office I have ever been to.
Hearing the word "Dentist" makes you cringe but let me tell you not at this place. The people up there are amazing they make you feel comfortable and at ease. "Taylor" was wonderful she explain everything I needed to know even before I ask a question she was already explaining it to me. I got lots of work to be done and now I'm not CRINGING, all thanx to Taylor and the great staff. Thanx again....
The people at Mirror Lake know when I come in that my gums are extra sensitive to needles. I'm sure they think I'm an old baby but it hurts. They do their dead level best to accommodate me. Don't know his name but the Dentist that filled my tooth was so gentle and made sure I didn't experience too much discomfort. He is good at putting needles in so all went well. These people they have now are perfect compared to what they used to have. Just perfect!

I have to start by saying I don’t like going to the dentist as most people don’t. I have been to many dentist in my 59 years and most I never would never say It was a good experience. However this was a very comfortable place and the staff made me feel very relaxed. I plan to make this my dentist from now on.
I received the highest quality care with Dr. Francom. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was a bit nervous going in but they explained everything they were going to do and put me at ease. A week later I woke up with the worst toothache in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning I drove straight to the office in hope of them getting me in with no appt. Dr. Eric Francom and his entire staff are always warm, welcoming, and provide exceptional care. Unfortunately my dental case wasn’t an easy one. Previous doctors recommended that full mouth implants was my only option to end the issues going on with my teeth and gums. Dr. Francom countered that belief and addressed only the areas that were of greatest concern with implants allowing me to keep my teeth.
